By accessing or using connectpath.ca (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
ConnectPath provides embedded, flat-fee recruiting services for venture-backed startups. Descriptions of our model on this Site (including flat pricing, timelines such as “first hire in 21 days,” and our guarantees) are summaries for general information. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement between ConnectPath and the client, which controls in the event of any conflict with this Site.
Statements on this Site describe our standard approach and typical results. They are not a promise of any specific outcome and do not create a contract. Actual results depend on role requirements, market conditions, candidate availability, client participation, and the terms of a signed agreement.
The Site and our services are intended for businesses. If you submit information on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. By submitting information, you grant ConnectPath permission to use it to respond to you and provide our services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by ConnectPath and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission, except as needed to use the Site normally.
The Site uses and may link to third-party tools and websites (such as Typeform and analytics services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectPath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the courts located there for any dispute relating to the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
