ConnectPath (“ConnectPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates connectpath.ca and provides embedded recruiting services for venture-backed software and AI startups across the US and Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you submit our application form, contact form, or apply for a role, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, the role you are hiring for or applying to, compensation range, and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we automatically collect standard technical and usage data, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and timestamps, primarily through analytics cookies.
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, provide and deliver our recruiting services, match candidates to open roles, operate and improve the website, and communicate with you about your search or application. We may also use it to comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
We share information only as needed to run our business: with the hiring companies we recruit for (in the case of candidates), and with service providers who help us operate, including our form and scheduling tools (such as Typeform and FormSubmit), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our hosting provider (Vercel). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services, meet the purposes described here, and satisfy legal or record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate in the US and Canada, and your information may be processed in either country and by service providers located elsewhere. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Our services and website are intended for businesses and working professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
